That is dalandan juice, not beer.

Loaded up to go Island Hopping to San Vicente, Caohagan Island, Sulpa and then to see (or be a part of) the running of the sardine.

Here we go!

We stopped at Sulpa first to snorkel and saw so many sea creatures including a few fake looking starfish. Look at this pretty blue playdoh looking starfish!

Next stop was Caohagan for lunch.

They packed so much food for us! Grilled salmon, chicken skewers, rice, pancit, etc and everything was wrapped in banana leaves. Of course there was San Miguel for purchase on the island.

After our meal, we took a stroll to look at souvenirs. Each little cubbyhole vendor seemed to offer the same assortment of things that I did not need. I ended up getting a couple of bottle openers. To go to the bathroom on this little island cost money. 10php and there were 2 rooms. The women's room had a toilet, the men's room did not. They were instructed to pee on the floor and then the attendant used a tabo to splash the urine out the back "drain".

Mom got a piggy back ride back to the boat.

Heading to San Vicente Marine Sanctuary.

While there we found (and some ate) sea urchins.

My brother got some cool video of us swimming with sardines on the way back to the resort. The water was a lot cooler where they were "running" and it was a shiny, silvery ballet of sorts...sort of like the driving in PI.
